Tutors should solely be rated on the quality of solutions they provide. You can take into consideration the correctness of the solution, clarity in understanding, use of step- by- step methodology, adherence to reference material and promptness of the solution submission as some key aspects of tutor rating.
Select from the Select File dialog box from your PC or drag and drop the files on the upload files area. In your mobile device, on clicking the upload files select gallery/File manager and navigate to the file and select to upload.
In most cases, we discourage cancellation of sessions as they are set to the convenience of both the parties. However, we do understand that at times something urgent might come up. In such cases, we request the students to directly contact their selected tutor and explain the reason for cancellation. For assignments and lab works, refund will be made on mutual agreement of the student and the tutor. Unfortunately, the payment made for live sessions will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the student as the tutors need to be compensated for their time and pre reading of reference material.
Generally, we encourage our tutors to only accept sessions that suit their availability. However, in an unlikely situation of a tutor cancelling a session, the student is refunded the payment for the cancelled session.
We strive hard to ensure that all solutions provided at HelpAcads are correct with conceptual clarity. However, we also acknowledge that there is a possibility for human error. Therefore, in an unlikely situation of submission of an incorrect solution, we immediately refund the student payment and assign the question to a new tutor.


Go to the Account Settings Page, you will be asked to enter the current password for your account and the new password which you want to upate. Click the change password button you make the changes. On Successful change, you will see an Note "Success!! Password Updated Successfully"
Go to the Account Settings Page. You can update your Name, Email Address, University and change your password there.
Go the Forgot password page by clicking the forgot password link on the login page. Enter your username or email address and we will send you an email to reset your password. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
Get In touch with our team and submit a request to delete your account. Once deleted, you wont be able to access your account and It will be deleted from our database.
